Bourscheid Castle

Luxembourg's medieval heritage also includes such gems as Bourscheid castle, with its schist towers which have dominated the Sûre valley since the eleventh century. It has been partially restored.

Opening period

From April 1st to September 30th from 9.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m.
October from 10.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m.
From November 1st to March it is open only on the weekend and on public holidays from 10.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m.
Guided visits by request.
Length: 1 hour
Last entry 30 minutes before closing time.
The Castle is open until 10.00 p.m. on: july 6, 13, 20, 27 and on august 4, 11, 17, 24,31 2005.

Children and students: 1,5 eur
Children under 6 years: free
Groups (adults) min 10 pers: 1,5 eur/pers
Groups (children) min 10 pers: 0,75 eur/pers
Guided visits: admission fees + 33 eur for the guide.
